Network Account Administrator

The candidate will set up network accounts for all new and returning hires prior to their first day of employment. Configure network, application, and distribution list access for accounts. Deactivate network accounts for terminated staff. Handle requests for changes of status, locations, and names. Respond to requests for information about network accounts and access. Work with Network Provisioning Coordinator to improve procedures and workflow. Provide assistance and support to network systems staff. Assist with developing process and workflow improvements Maintain records of special account access requests.
