Performs all functions related to receiving calls, clients, vendors and deliveries and directs them to appropriate individuals within the firm according to established policies and procedures. Provides assistance to supervising attorney with projects deemed appropriate. Receives and routes telephone calls via multi-line phone system, communicating with professionalism, respectfulness and tact. Greets clients and visitors and contacts appropriate individual or directs them to proper conference area. Schedules use of conference rooms, noting special equipment or refreshment requirements. Reports any building maintenance issues to building management. Orders and keeps track of office supplies as well as beverage and kitchen supplies. Makes reservations if needed.
