Client Services Coordinator
The candidate will conduct initial appointments with prospective new clients ("PNCs"). These PNCs contact the firm, are prescreened by an intake team, and are scheduled to meet with the Client Services Coordinator in the office or virtually. Collect more in-depth information about the PNCs and the matters for which they are seeking the firm's help. Follow firm-prescribed guidelines on how to communicate with PNCs in the most effective manner. Evaluate the PNC's needs to assure that the firm's legal team will be able to help them. Lead all PNCs through the engagement process. Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients. Bring all PNC's to the point of signing a legal services agreement with the firm. Stay in contact with PNCs who do not hire the firm after their initial consultation. Complete and send Engagement Agreement and Master Agreement with PNCs. Participate in marketing projects/tasks to help increase KLF's brand awareness. In accordance with the ethical rules governing lawyers, this position will not provide legal advice or enter into a legal services agreement on behalf of the firm with a PNC. Rather, will prepare PNCs for hiring the firm with all legal services agreements approved and signed by a licensed Arizona attorney. Experience with a CRM and law practice management software is a plus. Experience selling high-end products like jewelry, cars, real estate, and luxury brand apparel or luxury fashion accessories is required.
