ESPN is looking to hire a dynamic and collaborative individual as a Recruiting Coordinator. This role is at the center of our recruiting efforts and will be responsible for the coordination of complex interview schedules, candidate engagement, new hire process and be a resource to our talent acquisition team on recruiting process and procedure. The ideal candidate has experience with talent acquisition and brings a perspective and curiosity about new tools and practices to enhance our overall talent acquisition experience.
Schedule candidates for in person, phone, and/or video interviews
Collaborate with members of our Talent Acquisition team to post our positions both internally and externally
Handle travel arrangements for candidates and assist with their expense reimbursement process
Manage the hiring process of new hires from acceptance of offer, through on-boarding including preparing job offers, benefits information and initiating pre-employment screening activities.
Schedule new hire for new onboarding activities and ensure all communication has been delivered in order to provide an exceptional experience
Coordinate relocation process with Disney Global Mobility as needed
Collection and validation of all new hire paperwork and process with speed and timeliness.
Assess all processes and procedures and proactively offer suggestions and solutions to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
Monitor and track weekly metrics to ensure data integrity and appropriate compliance needs are satisfied
Review of scheduling processes, tools, procedures and provide insight and a perspective on how process can be improved
Other duties or special projects as appropriate for the Talent Acquisition team (potential back-up for Operations Coordinator as needed)
Basic Qualifications :
Minimum of 1 - 2 years of work experience working with a Talent Acquisition team
Working knowledge of Microsoft office products
Demonstrated organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and the willingness to flex and help out wherever needed.
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Self-motivated and willing to apply ingenuity and curiosity to all projects and processes
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in Corporate or Agency Recruiting
Proficiency working with an applicant tracking systems
Required Education :
High School Diploma
Preferred Education :
Bachelorâ€™s degree with a concentration in Human Resources or related field
