Duties : Providing legal advice to OEEO Counselor/Investigators on substantive and procedural issues arising in the counseling, investigation, settlement, and mediation of EEO complaints against the Agency. Drafting and editing documents issued in the administrative EEO complaint process (including Reports of Investigation, Final Agency Decisions, and appellate briefs to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission); corresponding with the EEOC and outside legal representatives. Advising Management on a variety of diversity and inclusion issues. Facilitating training for supervisors, employees, and OEEO staff. Advising on the implementation of civil rights/EEO laws in CIA-wide programs and regulations and supervising the OEEO Legal Staff.
