The candidate must have 5+ years of construction litigation experience. Candidates must also have trial experience. An equal mix of a strong work ethic and a compassionate, positive character, along with business development skills are critical to achieving success in this role. Reporting and communication are essential. Our ideal candidate must be technologically advanced and capable of integrating into our fast-paced environment to collaborate with other members of the construction litigation team, while also having the ability to work independently. Must feel comfortable working remote from your support staff, so great communication skills are required. Portable business is a plus. Must be currently licensed to practice law in Florida, and additional licenses in other states is a plus.
