Jacksonville office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a consumer and commercial litigation attorney with 2-3 years of experience with litigation. The candidate will be partnering with the paralegal team to support the high-volume needs of our Collections practice. Will be triaging complications within matters, serving as the quality control for each matter, and executing throughout the entire lifecycle of each matter. Representing clients in court during hearings and trial proceedings. Ability to work remotely with travel to Jacksonville once a week to attend hearings. Must be Barred in FL or GA. Should have experience working on a high volume of matters, with consistency in work product while supporting several clients at a time. 2 years of experience attending hearings is required. Must have strong organizational skills. Should process and detail orientation are key - the ability to follow the process while proactively seeking ways to make processes more efficient.
