Rural Summer Legal Corps Fellow

The Fellow will focus on two types of work and provide direct civil legal assistance to rural clients, working on the broad range of important issues that fall within organization's priorities. These issues include domestic abuse and family law; housing law (evictions, foreclosures, and other landlord-tenant problems); utility shut-offs; consumer matters;

expungements; community economic development; and elder law. Will also work with assigned regional office to design and implement an outreach campaign to rural clients. A car would be very helpful for outreach activities.
