Assistant General Counsel
The candidate will support Chief Legal Officer in a wide assortment of legal related maters. Involves teaching and presenting to other key stakeholders in a transaction. Reviewing complex RFPs, Statements of work and service requirements. Working alongside sales, engineering and operations team in negotiations with clients. Excellent ability to review complex RFP’s, Statements of work, service requirements and systems based mechanical and software solutions is required. To be adept at negotiating an integrated set of requirements that balance commercial risk and set clear performance obligations of buyer and seller. 10-15 years of experience of practicing law in this way (preferably in industry) is required.
