Excellent ability to review complex RFP’s, Statements of work, service requirements and systems based mechanical and software solutions is required. To be adept at negotiating an integrated set of requirements that balance commercial risk and set clear performance obligations of buyer and seller. 10-15 years of experience of practicing law in this way (preferably in industry) is required.
