The candidate will be gathering, analyzing, and researching information and documents. Educating the client on case progression and set appropriate client expectations. Escalating issues to the attorney and/or supervisor as necessary. Communicating and corresponding with clients, lien holders, providers and others in the legal community. Maintaining client files. Calculating and managing deadlines. Reviewing, analyzing and summarizing case files and medical records. Preparing various legal documents. Must have 3+ years of prior experience in managing a Plaintiff’s personal injury and/or Workers’ Compensation caseload.
