Responsibilities

The Senior IT Compliance Professional works with all parts of IT to ensure that the appropriate controls exist, operate effectively and that information systems procedures are in compliance with industry and corporate standards. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

You will work with the Information Technology Exception Management (ITEM) team Lead. Your responsibilities will be to evaluate the various Humana systems that maintain exceptions, issues, opportunities, and support the Lead in summarizing this information for senior management. You will also support the ITEM Lead in tracking down issues and exceptions to help Humana's IT teams successfully resolve their gaps.

Responsibilities:

Inventory and track Issues and Opportunities (IOPs)

Inventory and track exceptions identified in ServiceNow

Pull data from ESP and ServiceNow to support ITEM Lead

Liaise with Internal Audit team to track and manage Risk and Compliance IOPs

Liaise with Business ORMs and non-IT Technology teams (e.g. HGB) to track and manage Business Technology IOPs

Liaise with Compliance team to track and manage IT Compliance IOPs

Support the ITEM Lead in building monthly reports and gathering supporting data

Build and gather exception data and summarize

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

5 or more years of technical and/or risk management experience

IT management background, with demonstrated experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports

Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting multiple deadlines

Excellent communication skills

Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree of Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field

PMP certification or Risk-related certification (CRISC, CISM, CISA etc)

Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively.

Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering

Experience with Power BI, MS Excel, data analysis
