Marketing Specialist
The candidate will be reporting to the marketing supervisor and will support various marketing, communications, and public relations activities to implement marketing plans for the litigation practice group. Writing press releases and other articles and publishing thought leadership. Managing webinars and handling the publishing and promotion of events. Updating web biographies of attorneys for select practice areas, in addition to writing and posting bios for incoming associates. Collaborating with other marketing, business development, communications, and graphics team members. Assisting with events pertaining to his or her assigned practice areas, which would involve occasional travel. Preparing content for regional quarterly newsletter. Researching new contact information for firm alumni, and updating alumni database. College degree from a four-year college or university or other post-secondary education in marketing, public relations, advertising, journalism, business administration, commerce, information management or information technology is required. Significant experience with writing and editing in AP-style is required. Should preferably have experience with journalistic writing. Experience working in a law firm or fast-paced corporate setting is preferred. Basic to advanced knowledge of InterAction or a similar CRM is desired.
