The candidate must have 4-6 years of experience working on major projects and transactions, preferably in the energy and infrastructure space. Should ideally have experience in the oil & gas, LNG, or electric power sectors and have been a key member of a team on major transactions and project development matters. Experience managing a team working closely with a partner or supervising junior associates, strong drafting skills and contract analysis capabilities, the ability to analyze and synthesize new information, and an interest in the energy industry and the clients' businesses would be a plus.
