Remote Litigation Associate - Part Time

Millstein Fellner, LLP currently has an opening for a Litigation Associate (25 hours) with a minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience to join its team representing individual and entity clients in complex, professional liability, employment, general liability and family law matters in state and federal courts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant litigation experience. We seek candidates who can think critically, are not intimidated by complex cases, and are confident in their ability to verbally advocate their research and writing. Prior experience with discovery and law and motion practice is preferred.
