Senior Manager, Forensic Technology - Solutions Architect

Duties: The candidate is responsible for building, developing, and cultivating new relationships with enterprise legal departments. Should have a strong business development and Solutions Architect background with corporate legal departments and a technical understanding of how ESI flows through the EDRM. Additionally, this role will be able to provide guidance and consultation to enterprise legal departments during the sales process to better identify, assess, and develop enterprise e-discovery managed services clients. Further, to be successful in this role, needs to have specific understanding of the underpinnings of e-discovery managed services environments to appropriately to map client goals and challenges to how BDO can help solve the problems they're faced with each day in their business. Develops and executes a strategic plan tied to increasing the number of Enterprise Managed Services Clients. Drives revenue and market share for BDO E-Discovery Managed Services practice group. Finds opportunities to cross-sell to other BDO practice groups by being able to fully understand the problems that the client is trying to solve. Meets or exceeds assigned revenue targets. Manages contract negotiations with clients. Develops and cultivates long-term relationships with clients. Acts as a trusted advisor for client questions and inquiries about workflows, processes, and billing. Perform other duties as required. Provides oversight and feedback to Associates and Senior Associates as needed.
