Senior Legal and Compliance Analyst
The candidate will be responsible to manage key processes in support of firm’s Cambridge Real Estate team. Oversee construction and design contracting efforts across firm’s portfolio; handle risk management matters, including the review and coordination of insurance matters and related indemnities in design, construction, and consultant contracts; provide legal support for the design and construction efforts of firm’s development and asset management teams; review consultant contracts, spot key legal issues, and manage the contracting process; manage the efforts of outside counsel; devise and implement strategies for identifying and processing large volumes of documents/information; coordinate/manage paper and electronic document collection, review, and production; assist with the preparation of materials for real estate transactions and consultant contracts; and other special projects as assigned.
