We are an organization who recognizes talent as the difference maker in all great organizations. Our People Operations team is looking to add a Talent Development Leader to our team! The Director of Talent Development at Rocket Lawyer will partner closely with cross functional leaders in the architecture of the Rocket Lawyer’s Talent Development strategy. This person will have ownership and influence over the future of the talent landscape within our organization and bring our talent practices to the next level. Success will be measured in the employee and team performance/effectiveness KPIs and programmatically maturing the necessary skill sets for the business to continue its pace of growth.
What you will do
Build and scale a global, innovative Learning and Development ecosystem across the organization, with the use of the latest technology, curriculum and employee development frameworks
Design and own the development of the Rocket Lawyer L&D strategy and programs aligned to the business initiatives.
Partner with business leaders in assessing the Talent Development needs of each business unit and create relevant training programs for each
Assess the ROI of L&D initiatives, using data and people analytics as it relates to business objectives
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in learning trends, methods and technologies
What you should have
Bachelor degree in HRM, psychology, education, business, and/or related business experience;
5 years relevant experience in Learning and Development
3 years in a Leadership role
Strong skills in the influence of Executives and other stakeholders
Demonstrate affinity with employee learning and learning technologies
Able to design and produce relevant training materials including e-learning courses
Familiarity with e-learning platforms
Proven track record of applying critical thinking to the business and talent development
Ability to communicate effectively and engage with employees and leaders
