Litigation Medical Records Clerk

The candidate will act as an account manager for assigned medical providers. Request client medical records and bills. Ensure affidavits are correctly requested and received. Work closely with medical providers, record services, and billing companies to obtain documents as quickly as possible via phone, fax, and email. Review and process medical records and bills to confirm the correct information was received. Prepare demand packages for attorney review. Verify balances with billing departments. Document all action and communication in the client’s case file while keeping accurate file notations. Must be a high-energy individual with medical billing, record retrieval, collections, or call center background. Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish). Should be comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls, organized and detail-oriented; able to work both independently and in a team setting, and multitask and prioritize work. Excellent time management skills and determined to learn and grow in a high-paced atmosphere required.
