Associate, Alternative Investments

Duties: Assist in advising clients on a full spectrum of corporate and partnership tax services, including compliance, planning and research. Prepare tax returns for a variety of clients, including corporations, S corporations, partnerships. Participate with accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and tax provision calculations. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team helping to provide industry knowledge and experience to clients.
