Paralegal
The candidate will assist attorneys with the preparation of a civil case for trial. Discovery and records management. Summarize medical and employment records, create medical chronologies, summarize discovery responses, prepare meet and confer correspondence. Motion writing experience, such as oppositions to motions including discovery motions, motions to continue trial. Organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints with minimal supervision and exceptional attention to detail. High School or better in Law is preferred. Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate from ABA approved program is required. Should have 5-10 years paralegal experience in a law firm. Civil litigation experience is required. Experience working with paperless files. iManage experience is a plus. Should preferably have 4-5 years of Legal Experience
