The Product Flow Driver Specialist will assist with receiving and shipping merchandise to/from store. Stock merchandise in the warehouse or on the sales floor and assist in general warehouse needs. Responsible for aiding in product send backs in addition to shuttling product to and from locations. Be part of a team that puts people before all else and accounts for what comes next.

Key Responsibilities:

Receives and ships store merchandise:

Removes merchandise from truck and compares against packing list.

Applies security tag to product and moves it to sales floor or warehouse storage.

Packages merchandise for shipment and completes bill of lading for transfers

Packages merchandise for shipment to return within Distribution Centers.

Operates equipment according to company safety standards to assist in moving merchandise.

Stocks merchandise on the sales floor.

Assists in the receiving of drop shipments.

Prepares merchandise for home delivery.

Accurately documents movement of merchandise.

Completes paperwork for store receiving, transfers, home delivery, PRC Returns and Write Off.

Shuttles product between main store location and associated off-site warehouse using company procured vehicle.

Manages inventory and vehicle maintenance according to established vehicle standards and processes.

Provides and maintains store appearance:

Ensures clean parking lot, sidewalks, store entry, aisles, restrooms and warehouse area.

Properly disposes of debris and boxes.

Provides carryout service for customers:

Safely loads merchandise into customer's vehicles.

Verifies receipt against merchandise.

Basic Qualifications:

Ability to work successfully as part of a team

Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights and weekends

At least 21 years of age

Have a current, valid driver's license

No more than a combination of 2 moving violations/at-fault accidents within the past three years

No DUI/DWI or Reckless Driving violations in the past three years.

Life or maneuver 75 lb. with/without reasonable accommodation and team lift up to 150 lb.

Preferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)

1 year of experience in customer service, inventory or related fields

Prior experience in Retail
