  • Prepare and present cases in court, including drafting and arguing motions.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of relevant experience in creditors' rights and bankruptcy law.
  • Proven experience in creditor litigation in bankruptcy and state courts.

  • Admission to practice in Kentucky.
  • Admission or willingness to become admitted in Indiana.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Kentucky State Bar.
