Location:

• Los Angeles, CA

Duties:

• Handle all phases of litigation from case inception to conclusion, including pre-litigation demands, motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Draft complex pleadings, motions, and legal briefs
• Manage correspondence with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Lead depositions, work closely with experts, and maintain direct client engagement
• Oversee all aspects of the discovery process

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, specifically in Personal Injury law
• Must be licensed to practice law in California and in good standing
• Proven experience in legal writing and research
• Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work
• Litigation experience required; trial experience is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California (required)

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Skilled in all aspects of litigation and trial preparation
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
