Job Summary
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Experiential Marketing for Comcast Business, this role will be responsible for developing and executing experiential marketing programs to enhance sponsorship and maximize event KPIs that align with brand objectives and achieve business results. Primary directives will be to support multiple large-scale projects simultaneously (across a variety of event types) and act as a subject matter expert to various cross-functional leaders. The ideal candidate will have experience creating event concepts, selecting venues, budgeting, securing sponsorships, handling logistics, handling event marketing and communications, coordinating sub-contractors and agencies, and evaluating event effectiveness. Implements assigned projects as directed and may assign tasks and provide leadership within the group, particularly as it relates to agency resources. Exercises functional and technical decision-making, management of external vendors, and on-site execution, while demonstrating in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in experiential, event, and/or sports marketing. Adheres to and enforces standard operating procedures and policies in direct partnership with Compliance, Legal and others in the pre-planning process. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Core Responsibilities
Oversee all coordination and execution of Comcast Business experiential programs (Tradeshows, Proprietary Events, VIP Hospitality and Sponsorships) to provide best-in-class experiences that embody our brand and drive positive stakeholder engagement
Maintain close alignment with the Sr. Director of Experiential Marketing to develop highly customized guest experiences targeted to the specific needs of the customer/vertical
Demonstrate a working understanding of Comcast Business' products, business objectives, brand standards and customer segments in order to contribute meaningfully to event strategy and communications
Partner with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to ensure programmatic and creative projects are properly aligned to business objectives and brand standards
Review and approve all customer-facing communications with a high degree of accountability for accuracy and brand representation
Manage agency partners to collaboratively deliver end-to-end event activation, ensuring that program milestones are executed on time and on budget
Maintain open communications with internal and external stakeholders to inform them of strategic updates, project deadlines, and status checkpoints, including pre-event staff training and post-event recaps
Own the lead management lifecycle for all event-generated leads and work effectively with the Marketing Operations team to properly tag, track, and measure demand-generation
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to prioritize and problem solve based on business and program needs
Monitor and ensure delivery of assets across various contractual requirements
Continuously identify ways to add value, problem solve and deliver effective solutions that impact KPIs
Champion standardization and documentation of event best practices, milestone reporting, metrics, and strategic checkpoints
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
