COMPASS Inc. is currently seeking a part time Case Manager to provide\u00a0wrap around services to sexual violence survivors through case management services and peer support groups.\u00a0 As the\u00a0Case Manager, you would be responsible for the coordination and oversight of the Sexual Assault Response Team (SART).\u00a0 \u00a0This position will be based out of our Goodwill Campus in\u00a0Stark County.
COMPASS, an affiliate of Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio, provides services to all survivors of rape and sexual abuse women, children, men and their loved ones in Carroll, Tuscarawas and Stark Counties. Their programs include crisis intervention and advocacy, and education and prevention.
Our Case Manager will:
Provide case management for victims of sexual violence to ensure the needs of survivors have been met and to identify the next steps to be taken
Collaborate with other victim service providers to ensure comprehensive wrap around services for youth-aged victims of sexual violence.
Provide psycho-educational support groups for survivors of sexual violence.
Complete all necessary documentation and reporting forms as required by the agency and funding sources.
Coordinate and facilitate SART meetings and all related community awareness events.
Conduct trainings for first responder and other service providers.
Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and practices, as well as, safety\/security regulations.
Provide coverage on the 24-hour crisis hotline and provide hospital and police advocacy as needed.
Maintain client confidentiality of persons served.
Carry out other assignments as required by supervisor consistent with goals and purpose of the agency.

They will carry on our mission to promote the healing of individuals impacted by sexual violence and to create social change. This individual will also support and carry out our vision of a community where all people can live free of sexual violence.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Education:\u00a0 Bachelor's Degree in social work, human services or related field or 5 plus years of experience.\u00a0
Work Conditions:\u00a0 Ability to work with moderate supervision.\u00a0 Must be able to perform physical requirements of the position including but not limited to inside sedentary work.\u00a0 Frequent forward, horizontal reach at desk and occasional stair climbing, stooping\/bending, push\/pull up to 10 lbs.\u00a0 Occasional standing during court hearings and medical exams.
Equipment:\u00a0 General office equipment and phone system.
Certification:\u00a0Must have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance. Must regularly provide the agency with proof of valid automobile insurance.
This is a part-time position working 29 hours per week.\u00a0Background checks, including FBI & BCII,\u00a0will be performed.

Goodwill Industries of East Central Ohio, Inc., first began serving mission at a facility located on the corner of 3rd Street and Cherry Avenue SE in Canton, Ohio under the name Union Mission. In 1926 the organization changed its name to reflect its Goodwill assocation (Goodwill Union Mission and Industries). In 1972, Goodwill headquarters moved to its present location at 408 Ninth St. SW in Canton. The new Goodwill serves the 10-county territory of Cuyahoga, Geauga, a portion of Lake, Stark, Tuscarawas, Carroll, Harrison and Jefferson Counties in Ohio and Brooke and Hancock Counties in West Virginia. The organization is headquartered in Canton at the 408 Ninth St. facility, maintains Programs and Services facilities in Cleveland, Middleburg Heights, New Philadelphia and Wintersville, Ohio, and operates Retail Stores throughout its territory.
