The Enterprise Transformation Professional 2 plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives such as Lean or Six Sigma. The Enterprise Transformation Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Transformation Professional 2 manages and evaluates existing processes. Develops framework that provide support for project management, and identifies indicators for future improvement opportunities. Identifies interdependencies to determine root cause of problems. Measures performance against process requirements. Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls. Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control. Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Required Qualifications

3 - 5 Years of Project Management OR Process Improvement Experience

Strong business and financial acumen

Experience in multiple corporate sourcing categories

Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport at all levels within the organization

Ability to interact with and defend position with senior management

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Experience creating PowerPoint presentation for executive leaders

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare services

Six Sigma and/or PMP certification

Bachelor's Degree

Agile Certification
