Senior Managing Commercial Counsel, (Healthcare)
The candidate will have the primary responsibility to review, advise, and negotiate issues involving complex customer contracts. Will provide a variety of general commercial legal services to the organization and its in-house clients. Review, draft, and negotiate complex SaaS contracts or other legal documentation with customers, suppliers, and others who desire to contract with the firm and its affiliates. Counsel and support leadership teams on healthcare projects in compliance with healthcare laws and company policies. Provide legal and strategic business advice to ensure agreements are consistent with internal HIPAA/HITECH and corporate policies and processes. Transaction and regulatory advice support for other departments as required. Be a trusted advisor and business partner to the healthcare team and across the company by providing counsel and guidance for accomplishing the firm’s overall business objectives. Manage legal personnel as assigned by commercial leadership.
