Duties:

• Represent clients in business litigation matters such as contract disputes, employment issues, partnership disagreements, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare cases for hearings and trials.
• Advise clients on their legal rights, responsibilities, and potential risks.
• Negotiate settlements and collaborate with opposing counsel to resolve disputes.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, ensuring they are well-informed on case progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in business litigation (preferred).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to providing excellent client service.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in North Carolina (Required).
