Four-year degree preferred or Paralegal Certification from ABA approved program. 3-5 years of Real Estate experience which should include Commercial Closings, Title Insurance, reviewing and preparing abstract title documents, ordering and reviewing UCC’s and judgements as well as knowledge of Real Estate Trust Accounts. Ability to work with multiple attorneys required. Experience in SoftPro, MS Excel, Word and Outlook with the ability to handle a large workload required. Acc Legal Prof preferred. Prof PL Cert preferred. Prof Paralegal preferred.
