Environmental Senior Associate
The candidate should have 5+ years of experience. Bar admission in Virginia is required. Significant knowledge of environmental regulations under the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, and EPCRA as well as experience with Brownfields redevelopment projects. Experience practicing before federal and state environmental and natural resource regulatory agencies. Prior representation of developers, manufacturers, utilities, petroleum companies and trade associations is a plus. Should demonstrate ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to assume individual responsibility for client matters. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with a drive for excellence and willingness to take initiative to solve problems.
