Contract Manager
The candidate will be facilitating the contract lifecycle including managing and administrating the contracts management application and other business applications. Processing requests from multiple departments, including preparation of forms, facilitating signature/close, and archiving. Identifying issues for escalation to appropriate stakeholders. Entering and maintaining data in the internal customer management system. Assisting with continuous improvement of cross-team training materials and processes. Supporting other projects as needed. College degree or paralegal certificate is preferred. Should have 2-4 years of contract administration, preferably in a software company. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office. Salesforce experience is a plus. Effective project management and record-keeping is needed. Should have the ability to take the initiative and work independently but within a team to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in an evolving environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust across all levels of the business is needed.
