Personal Injury Case Manager
The candidate will participate in all aspects of the pre-litigation personal injury practice, including opening claims, obtaining evidence, obtain medical records and bills, assist clients with treatment, assist clients with their property damage claims and corresponding with insurance companies on a daily basis. Maintain communication with clients and provide case updates promptly. Monitor and maintain client treatment portfolio. Obtain evidence, documents, medical records and medical bills related to the clients' case. Assist clients with their property damage claims. Manage attorney schedule efficiently (attorney-client meetings, court appearances, etc.). Organize and maintain electronic case files within the company software/case management system. Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Paralegal Certificate is highly preferred. Should have 2+ years of Pre-Litigation Personal Injury experience. Experience with Case Management Software is required. Spanish skills are preferred.
