Draft letters of intent, memoranda of understanding, and term sheets for deals. Draft asset purchase agreements, share/stock/interest purchase agreements, and accompanying deal documents. Draft commercial lease agreements, as well as commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements. Draft assignments, indemnification agreements, release agreements.
