Description
The Senior Product Manager Conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Senior Product Manager work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
The Senior Product Manager leads scrum team consisting of a mixture of development, quality and creative resources on a daily basis using Agile principles. Develops and maintains technical expertise on advances and innovations in Agile and digital processes. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical and business approach for product components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Manages the development effort by conveying his or her vision to the team and outlining work in the Scrum backlog. Communicates directly with the team, while visually demonstrating prioritization decisions in the backlog.
Typically requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5 years of technical experience
Experience leading Agile teams
Familiarity with Scrum methodology
