Job Summary
The Data & Privacy Vendor Specialist works closely with the Partnership team, Legal and Privacy Compliance & Security teams within Comcast Advertising. They are responsible for supporting Comcast Advertising Partnership teams and their extensive portfolio of vendor and partner relationships with a primary focus on privacy and information security compliance. They will be focused on ensuring that we meet all regulatory and policy requirements by working with the vendor to complete privacy and security third party risk assessments and remediating any security and privacy findings, incorporating operational and compliance monitoring of security controls and policies, risk assessment and risk management principles.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Carry out compliance monitoring reviews and ongoing risk classification assessments in coordination between internal stakeholders and third parties
Tracks progress against compliance roadmaps
Work with our Partner & Product team to create and maintain data flows and system architecture diagrams
Conveys technical compliance requirements to third parties and any compliance findings
Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits
Review, and communicate compliance policies in the areas of privacy and info security
Stay abreast on potential impacts of new developments, industry trends, and best practices for Data & Privacy in the ad tech market
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.

What it takes to succeed:
A compliance, system architecture, or info-security background; data privacy qualification (GDPR & CCPA) preferred
Highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive, efficient, and resourceful with exceptional follow-through skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
An analytical mind, the ability to solve complex problems and streamline processes
Ability to simultaneously manage workloads, multiple client demands, and shifting priorities within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
Experience in drafting data flows, procedures, and manuals
Comfortable reading legal contracts and security assessments
