Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases from start to finish, including intake, settlement, or trial.
• Engage in client communication to ensure consistent updates and legal advice.
• Conduct depositions, prepare legal documents, and respond to motions.
• Lead mediation efforts to negotiate settlements and favorable terms.
• Develop case strategies and manage all aspects of case preparation.
• Ensure compliance with the rules of civil procedure and rules of evidence.
• Present and argue cases before a jury when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation, with 5+ years preferred.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Kentucky State Bar.
• Proven track record of successful jury trials.
• Proficiency in drafting legal motions and responses.
• In-depth understanding of civil procedure and evidence rules.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Kentucky Bar Association.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Kentucky.
• Good standing with the Kentucky State Bar Association.
