Planned Parenthood of New York City is seeking a Talent Manager to join our Human Resources team. The Talent Manager is based at our Administrative Offices located at 26 Bleecker Street, New York, NY 10012.

What the Talent Manager does:

- As a member of the recruitment team, develops and implements recruitment strategies for PPNYC

- In collaboration with the Associate Director, manages the stages of the recruitment process, including posting job opportunities, screening resumes, scheduling and performing interviews, and appraising applicants for positions within PPNYC

- Facilitates systems for background and reference checking, and resume/applicant tracking

- Assists in the coordination of new hire orientations

- Maintains and expands recruitment indicators and sourcing

- Responsible for knowledge of PPNYC policies and procedures

We’re seeking candidates who have:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

- Two to five years of applicable and/or related experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on talent acquisition and management

- Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills

- High level of organization with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

- Prior experience with ADP (preferred) and recruitment management systems (required)
