The candidate will Teach Oil and Gas Transactions. Provide professional and university service. Terminal academic degree (or its equivalent) as defined by the academic unit and as appropriate for the position held. Ability to teach effectively. A J.D., prior teaching and/or practice experience, demonstrated writing ability, strong academic credentials required. Experience in Oil and Gas Transactions preferred.
