Duties:

• Draft and provide expert advice on equity and executive compensation plans and awards.
• Offer counsel on public company governance and disclosure concerning executive compensation.
• Address executive compensation issues, including those arising from mergers and acquisitions or employment agreements.
• Collaborate with legal teams and clients to navigate complex executive compensation matters.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in the legal field, with a specific focus on executive compensation.
• Proficiency in drafting and advising on equity and executive compensation plans and awards.
• Familiarity with public company governance and disclosure related to executive compensation.
• Preferred experience in broader areas such as employee benefits, tax, corporate, or securities at a large law firm.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
