Job Overview

A law firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structured Finance Of Counsel to join their team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in structured finance, securitization, and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs). This position requires excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage complex projects and work both collaboratively and independently.

Duties

• Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner.
• Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.
• Successfully meet deadlines and expectations, and perform work duties as required.
• Foster positive work relationships.
• Comply with all firm policies and practices.
• Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, such as:
  • Working at a computer for extended periods of time, including on-screen reading and typing.
  • Participating in digital/virtual conference calls.
  • Participating in meetings as needed.
• Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements

• JD degree.
• 9 years of structured finance, securitization, and CLO experience.
• Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Washington, DC.
