Intake Specialist/Call Center
The candidate will obtain client information by answering telephone calls; interview clients; verifying information. Enter client information into Needles Case Management System. Determine eligibility by comparing client information to Firm requirements. Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information. Set appointments on calendars to include time, place and investigator availability or office if appropriate. Interaction with legal assistants and attorneys for decision on screening. Advise caller if we can accept their case or not. Follow up with potential clients regarding missed appointments and pending retainer packets. Other duties as assigned. 2 years experience administrative experience preferred. Strong Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) preferred. Data entry experience preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills preferred. The candidate should have worked as customer service representatives and/or with call center experience are encouraged to apply. Must have the ability to manage and handle multiple phones lines in a fast-paced office environment.
