Duties: Access all preclosing from closing office. Using lender’s closing instructions prepare CD. Submit CD to lender for approval copying closing office. Complete all documents needed for closing. Submit documents to closing office for execution and completion. Prepare final title insurance policies. Assist office in obtaining funding number/approval to disburse from lender. Ensure file is in balance for funding. Cut checks affecting title to the property and send to appropriate parties. Create and initiate wires affecting title to the property and send to appropriate parties. Export file to pro1099. Mark file closed and completed.
