Regional Office Manager

Reports directly to and supports the Administrative and Legal Services Director and regional Partners. Oversees support staff located in the New York, Boston, Chicago, and Florida offices. Assists with implementing new policies and procedures for regional offices. Assists with interviewing support staff. Attends meetings regularly with Administrative and Legal Services Director and regional Partners. Assists with facility management. Handles HR issues with the Administrative and Legal Services Director and regional Partners. Administrative assignments from the Administrative and Legal Services Director and regional Partners. Should have 5 years of previous management/leadership/human resources experience. Should have prior law firm experience as a legal assistant or paralegal. Reliability and discretion while handling confidential matters. Should be high proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and Adobe Acrobat. Should have the ability to think and act independently and with minimal supervision. Articulate, organized and a team player with excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Professional appearance and demeanor.
