Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating with outside contractors and in-house services performing a wide variety of tasks related to badge access and operation of the badge access system. Provides support and assistance to senior management as well as other departmental employees. Ensures building provides a safe, positive, and professional image of the Company. Works with moderate supervision/guidance. Is accountable for individual results and impact on team.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Develops and maintains working knowledge of division wide legacy access control systems to include but not limited AMAG, Honeywell Pro Watch, Galaxy, Velocity, Continental and HID Safe access control systems.

Manage the division wide access control program including developing the access management user profile for employees, contractors and visitors with various internal organizations in resolving enterprise data quality and card access integrity issues/concerns. Provides systematic troubleshooting of identifications cards, access readers and associated panels.

Monitors internal ticketing system for requesting new badge issuance. Maintains accurate record keeping for all badge issuance.

Prepare access control cards and ID badges for new employees, vendors and contractors in the Security Management System across the Division. Review and ensures compliance with all access control policies and procedures related to access privileges to critical infra-structure facilities and other company owned leased facilities controlled though internal access control systems.

Insure all request for access are complete with all appropriate information i.e., current photo and appropriate authorization reviews/signatures.

Process terminations, transfers and all other changes on badge access records throughout the Northeast Division.

Conduct quarterly audits of card access and business partner badging systems. Provides detailed access reports to appropriate stakeholders, manage reporting with stakeholders to insure accuracy of access rights throughout the Northeast Division as required by Corporate Audit.

Support and liaison with regional business fulfillment and contractor business partners on issuance of badge credentials. Insure timely return of all card access and business partner credentials and insure the timely cancellation of access rights for personnel no longer affiliated with the organization.

Insure compliance by authorized business partners in use of enterprise wide BP Badging system. Maintain and amend the NATW (Not authorized to Work) file as required.

As needed coordinate troubleshooting and repair with regional vendors for system changes and upgrades as required.

Aligns all division wide access control ID processes and identifies improvement processes.

Create invoices and track invoices issued for lost and non-returned contractor IDs/badges across the division. Prepare appropriate general ledger entries for all funds received. Prepare monthly/quarterly cost recovery reports for management.

Support Security Team function needs. As needed provide on-site card access and security training for new hires orientations throughout the division. Partner with appropriate regional security teams on card access systems issues and outages.
