Tax Associate/Tax Senior Associate, Business Tax Services
The candidate will advise clients on a full spectrum of corporate and partnership tax services including compliance, planning and research. Prepare corporate, partnership and other tax returns. Participate with accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and tax provision calculations. Coordinate tax research and planning. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projects. Advise clients and be responsible for delivering high quality tax service and advice. Participate in and contribute to market and business activities external to the firm. Bachelor 's degree, J.D., LLM in taxation, and/or Master’s degree in Taxation (MST) from an accredited college/university is required. Should have 1+ years of recent public accounting and/or corporate tax experience. Should have 3+ years of recent public accounting and/or corporate tax experience. Experience with ASC 740 is preferred.
