Health Care Associate
The candidate should be a 3rd- 5th year class with transactional experience and an interest or experience in healthcare regulatory and compliance matters. This associate will work with our diverse national client base, including owners and operators of, and investors in, long term care and senior living providers, home health agencies, hospices, hospitals and other healthcare providers. Matters for these clients include multi-state acquisitions and divestitures of healthcare facilities and businesses, joint ventures, financings, healthcare real estate transactions, and advising on the development and implementation of innovative healthcare business lines. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and solid experience. Prior transactional experience is required; health care experience is a plus, but not required. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled corporate associate to develop an industry focus in the growing business of healthcare.
