Duties:

• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other court documents.
• Lead and participate in hearings, motion arguments, and depositions.
• Provide general litigation support, including discovery and witness preparation.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on complex litigation strategies.
• Take an active role in trial preparation and case management.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of litigation experience.
• Experience in both state and federal court proceedings.
• Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and leading hearings and motions.
• Experience in taking and defending depositions.
• Ability to handle discovery, witness preparation, and general litigation support.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the California Bar.
