If so, Humana is looking for Senior Product Owner that has significant technical acumen and experience specifically with Azure, GCP and/or other Cloud based technologies, along with a passion for delighting users with robust, scalable solutions that enable smooth cloud-driven experiences.
Responsibilities
The Senior Product Owner will focus on driving alignment of solution architecture and design for Humana's cloud systems. They will collaborate with multiple teams including engineering and architecture to develop stories on behalf of users so that they set the direction for each team, and ensures that those are easy to understand, implementable and sufficiently granular in order to allow for proper coding, testing and resiliency validation. This individual will be a key voice in developing and implementing Humana's integration platform strategies.
Other key initiatives:
Monitor and track product feedback in support of work planning, prioritization and execution of development product releases
Work with engineering and Architecture to align on story sizing and delivery planning
Explain the why and what of new stories to stakeholders, engineers, testers and operations teams
Direct and lead creation of functional and non-functional story descriptions aligned on business and technical goals by actively participating in backlog prioritization
Acts as technical consultant to drive decision on vendor selection; responsible for influence and alignment with neighbor teams
Identify opportunities to improve performance and product health using data results, directing improvements to product performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3 years of industry experience as a product owner within a technology environment, with a record of successfully delivering complex products and services
Strong verbal and written communications skills, ability to quickly master new systems and/or processes, capacity to stay organized while managing competing priorities
Work at Home/Remote Requirements
Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings
Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required
Preferred Qualifications
Recent experience with Cloud-First Enterprise Software
Experience in identity, privacy, security applications is a plus
