The ideal candidate will be adept at managing pre-litigation processes, including communicating with clients and insurance companies, evaluating claims, and negotiating settlements. The role requires excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of claims evaluation, and the ability to handle complex negotiations effectively.

Duties:

• Provide clients with timely updates on their cases and maintain clear, empathetic communication throughout the pre-litigation process.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers.
• Evaluate claims to determine their validity and potential for litigation.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and other parties to resolve claims efficiently.
• Prepare necessary documentation and correspondence related to claims and settlement negotiations.
• Advise clients on the best course of action based on case evaluations and settlement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Member of the Georgia Bar in good standing, or willingness to obtain Georgia Bar admission.
• Experience in evaluating claims and managing pre-litigation processes.
• Superb negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful settlements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership with the Georgia Bar Association, or willingness to obtain.

Skills:

• Strong ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients and insurance representatives.
• Proficient in assessing the strength and value of claims.
• Skilled in negotiating settlements and resolving disputes.
