Profile

Position Summary

This role is responsible for assisting the closing department with various duties.

Primary Responsibilities

Assign closers to issue closing disclosures

Manage funding mailbox, assign funder

Follow up on missing items for closers/funders

Provide status on inquiries to internal and external parties

Qualifications

Required:

Detail oriented

Excellent communication skills

Customer service oriented

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to 6 months related experience and/or training.

Ability to read, and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
